At OMF, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your OMF account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

  Prepare Your Items

  Carefully disassemble and repackage your furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly tools are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the items directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
